Connect your software. Cut the retyping.

A website enquiry should not need copying into three programs. We build connections that pass the agreed details between your website, customer records, shop and accounting software.

First, we check what your tools allow and whether an existing connection will do the job.

What we can connect

Website enquiries and customer records

Send form details to the right customer record and create a follow-up task. Agree who receives the enquiry and which details need checking.

Orders, stock and accounts

Pass agreed order details from your shop to the systems that handle stock and invoices. We decide which system holds each record and when updates should happen.

Information for reports

Collect figures from agreed sources in one place. The connection reduces copying; your team still needs to check the meaning and quality of the information.

Standard connection or custom build?

An existing connection may be enough. We check that first. Custom work is useful when a needed field is missing, your process has extra steps or several systems must work together.

How we build it

1

Map the information

We list the tools, the details they hold and where copying happens today.

2

Agree the rules

We decide what moves, in which direction, how often and how existing records are matched. The work and price are agreed before building.

3

Test the connection

We use examples from your work and check missing fields, duplicate records and failed requests. Where possible, we test away from the systems your team uses each day.

4

Start and hand over

We explain alerts, recovery steps and who follows up. You receive the agreed code and instructions.

Common questions

Tell us the product names and the details you want to move. We check available connections, access and export options. Tools such as Teamleader, Exact Online, Odoo, Yuki, Shopify and Microsoft 365 are examples we can assess. What is possible depends on the setup.

We start with what you use now. If a tool cannot share the information you need, we explain the limit and the alternatives before agreeing a build.

We design the response to failed steps: what can be retried, how to avoid duplicate records and who receives an alert. An alert does not fix the issue by itself, so support responsibilities are agreed too.

The connection may need updating. We explain the ongoing maintenance arrangement and any outside software costs before work starts.

We identify the information each connection needs and agree the access. Account setup, storage and handling of sensitive information are part of the project discussion.

The agreed code, setup details and instructions for the connection. The proposal should also identify required accounts, paid tools and what someone else would need to maintain it.

Which tools should work together?

Tell us which programs you use and what you currently copy between them. We will check what can be connected.

For example: website enquiries need to reach our customer records with a task for the salesperson.
