A logo and visual identity that work online

Do you need a new logo, or does your current style no longer fit your business? We look at what you want to keep, what you would like to change and where your identity needs to appear online. Then we agree which elements your team needs.

A brand guide and templates are standard parts of a brand identity project. The proposal sets out their exact contents, digital applications and file formats.

What will you receive?

We create a new digital identity or refine the one you already use. Depending on your needs, the work may include:

Where will your identity appear online?

Your logo and visual style may appear on your website, in email, presentations, proposals and social media. We discuss which channels and materials your team uses so the agreed designs fit how you work.

A new public website can be planned alongside a brand identity project. Website design and development sit under our Websites service. Website work is included in a brand identity project only when the proposal says so.

How does the project work?

Any relevant licences or recurring costs for digital services are listed separately. The schedule accounts for the agreed work and the time needed for you to provide materials or feedback.

  1. We discuss what you need

We review what you use today, what you want to keep and where the identity needs to appear.

  2. We agree the work

The proposal lists the design elements, standard deliverables, files, responsibilities, price and schedule.

  3. We develop the identity

You review the design at the agreed points. The proposal says how many feedback rounds are included and which parts they cover.

  4. We hand over the agreed files

You receive the brand guide, templates and other agreed files in the specified formats.

Common questions

A brand guide and templates are standard deliverables. The proposal lists the guide's contents, how many templates are included, the file formats and any additional agreed elements, such as a new logo or its variations.

No. We first look at what you already have and what you want to keep. If some elements still fit your business, we can build on them and refine only the agreed parts.

We agree this based on what your team uses online. Examples include a presentation, proposal, email signature or social media design. The proposal names the templates and file formats.

Yes. We can coordinate the identity with your website. The proposal states whether website design or development is part of the project. See also our Websites service.

That depends on your existing identity, the agreed design elements and the number of digital applications. Before work begins, you receive a proposal with the scope, deliverables, price, schedule and feedback arrangements. Any relevant recurring costs are listed separately.

Question not listed?

Ask the person who does the work. A few sentences are enough.

What would you like to change about your digital identity?

Tell us what your business does, which identity you use today and where it needs to appear online. Feel free to mention what you want to keep and what no longer fits. We can then discuss a project that suits your needs.

Tell us about your website, or a task your team keeps doing by hand.
